How do we communicate?
Slack or your preferred tool for daily communication. Weekly video calls for sprint reviews. You get direct access to the team, not an account manager.
What if requirements change?
Change requests are normal. We track them separately, estimate their impact, and only proceed with your approval. We build buffer into timelines for small adjustments.
How do you handle scope creep?
We start every project with detailed scoping. If the scope needs to grow, we discuss it openly before adding it. We would rather say "that is a new feature" than watch the budget spiral.
What about support after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of free post-launch support. After that, we offer maintenance plans or hourly work. We do not disappear.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign NDAs as a standard part of the discovery process. Your business information stays confidential.
How are payments structured?
Typically 30% upfront, 30% at midpoint, 40% on delivery. For larger projects, milestone-based payments. We do not require full payment upfront.
